 Carrots Anyone... I Made Chocolate dipped Marshmallows for Valentines Day, when I came across these JUMBO Marshmallows I had to use them, so what a better way then to turn them into something HEALTHY!!! Not quite.... So here they are....

Whatcha Need... Jumbo Marshmallows

Bag of Melting Chocolate in colors Orange and Green

Lolli Pop Sticks

I dipped the orange chocolate first then with a knife or large spatula I iced it around the edges...Then took the green chocolate and lightly dipped the top, quickly apply the green sprinkles....

A Long Week of Firsts...

A Long week of Firsts.. After Liberty's Firsts moments out of the womb it was clear her firsts breathes were labored.  The first time I've I had a child taken from me after birth...

First time getting to hold her,with all her many cords....

She Stayed for a week, slowly being removed from all those many cords... As her Lil Lungs became strong!

Her First and Greatest ICN Nurse EVER! Tom taught us so much, his love for Lil Liberty was such a gift from God.  If I had to leave her with anyone it would've been him!

As we come into the Holiday Season I'm shown once again how much we have to be grateful for.

At the Top of My List

He's Home.

I never had a brother growing up, God blessed me with a wonderful one when I married Travis.

I watched him deploy, return for leave, deploy again and now finally return home safe again!

It is through him my kids know the true meaning of SOLIDER.

It is through him I've seen the sacrifices one in uniform makes.

This Holiday Season, Remember the Ones who are currently deployed and away from there families!

Side Note - Last Year for Christmas while deployed he still manged to find Layla a sold out Zhu Zhu pet... True meaning of Uncle.....

A Bit More Thanksgiving Fun...

So I Know Thanksgivings OVER.... But I had to share these! "Left Over Cupcakes"

They Were a Blast to Make and Yummy To Eat!

1. Take a Cupcake put a small amount of butter cream, place a half of a donut on top!

2. Cover with Turkey Colored Frosting

Turkey Color is very hard to make I might add!

3. Add Two White Choc Wings and Your Good To Go!

Can't Forget the Mashed Potatoes!

Or Peas & Carrots!

All Finished and Proudly displayed on every one's favorite table the Dessert Table!
